Children + adolescents

Room to grow. Room to be heard.

Explore care

Law enforcement and first responders.

Police, fire, EMS, 911 dispatch, DOC employees, and adult or juvenile corrections staff. Room to explore repeated exposure, disrupted sleep, vigilance, and the transition between a demanding shift and private life.

Care beyond the shift

Veterans.

Service is part of a larger life. Assessment considers trauma exposure, mood, attention, sleep, relationships, identity, and the demands of transition.

Care for veterans

Military families.

Partners and children can seek support for deployment, separation, reintegration, grief, communication strain, or life alongside a loved one’s trauma symptoms. Individual, couples, and family care have distinct goals and consent arrangements.

Family care

Healthcare workers.

Physicians, advanced practice clinicians, nurses, behavioral health professionals, and other healthcare workers. A confidential clinical space for the effects of demanding work, exposure to suffering, difficult decisions, and the person beyond the caregiver role.

Care for healthcare professionals

Children + adolescents.

Care from age five. Behavior is considered within development, emotional experience, family life, and school. Young people receive room to participate in their care at a pace suited to their needs.

Adults + lives in transition.

These populations describe areas of focus. Adults with other backgrounds are welcome. Psychiatric assessment explores symptoms, complex histories, changing relationships, questions about identity, and suitable treatment options.

Starting care

Care with a defined scope.

Every appointment request is reviewed for clinical fit. In-person appointments take place in Washington. Telehealth is available in Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Idaho, and Utah when clinically appropriate. Service availability, consent, and location are confirmed before care.

Complex trauma + associated conditions.

I see children ages 5+, adolescents, and adults. Assessment considers trauma alongside mood, anxiety, attention, sleep, substance use, and medical factors. Daily functioning guides treatment goals.

Addiction support belongs in the conversation.

Concerns about alcohol, cannabis, medication, or other substances can be discussed alongside trauma and mental health. We can clarify your needs, consider psychotherapy, and coordinate appropriate treatment or recovery support.

Parents and caregivers.

Find guidance for your child’s behavior, support for your teen, or care for your own parenting and caregiver stress. We clarify whose care the appointment focuses on and how family members participate.
